Integration of iExpense with Android App

Hi,

I need to integrate iExpense with mobile app using android but not sure how to proceed after searching on web I got to know terminology ADF but didnt know how to proceed.

It would be great if some can comment on this subject and what's Oracle stated direction or suggestion.
