Integrating KFF with ADF Desktop Integrator(ADF Di)

I have followed the following steps to configure the KFF to be integrated with Di.
In my spreadsheet there is one dynamic tree iterator, and 2 kff iterators(as above for Accounts and Locator)
When I run this spreadsheet, all the other dynamic columns(via dynamic tree iterator) appears except KFF attributes.
Am I missing any step or is there some other issue.
