Integrated WLS Server Instance Conflict

Hi All,

When I am trying to run my application, I am getting this particular error.."Integrated WLS Server Instance Conflict"

Message:
Unable to reserve the .lok file for integrated WLS Server(Default Server). Typically this is because another instance of this server is already running in the WLS Domain. (C:\Documents and Settings\Temp\Application Data\JDeveloper\system 11.1.1.1.33.54.07\DeafultDomain).

Please suggest me a way out of this error!!
