Integrate between Oracle APEX and EBS R12

Am able to create dashboard in Oracle Apex environment but when I am trying to launch the same from Oracle BES , it is not working. It is giving message "Failure to redirect UR"L". Do any of you have document so I can do handshake between EBS and APEX.
