Hi

We have JCS-SX trial environment. I guess DB comes with it is Database as a schema Service. I am trying to use external tables in DB associated with JCS-SX.

For this,we need to create a data directory similar to below.

>>> create or replace directory data_dir as '/customer/scratch/test';

But I am getting insufficient privileges error , How do I give  "GRANT create any directory" privilege to my users.?

I need SYS or DBA access to this .  Please suggest.
