Hi,
I succesfully did the setup of Oracle Client on Ubuntu but i have the following problem:
When instant client is version 12 i can connect without the problem to all DB's which are versions 12 and up.
When instant client is version 19 and up i can connect only to 12 version of DB. When i want to connect to version 19 i get the following error:

ORA-12571: TNS:packet writer failure

ERROR:
ORA-12162: TNS:net service name is incorrectly specified
The same error shows up with EZ connect string.
When i change instant client to version 12 i do not have this problem.
