Instance Creashed to to CKPT error 469

Hi,

Can Anyone help me to start the instance ?

OS -->> Window Server 2003 SP2 64 bit
Oracle -->> 10.2.0.5.0 64 bit

but when i start the services in services menu on window it's not start and i got the error in alert log file like this

error 469 detected in background process
ORA-00469: CKPT process terminated with error

first time i find the Error in Event log file that netapi32.dll so we apply a window's patch

Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition (KB932762)
And Reboot the server it's working for 1 day's but next day again i got this error.

please help me on this.
