Installshield wizard error

Can someone please assist. I had 10g intsalled on my pc and uninstalled it. Now I have tried to download and install 10g express again I keep getting the following message:

the install cant proceed as oracleserviceex is present on the system.

I have tried restarting, looking for exe files associated with oracle, but cant locate where the issue is.
