Installing VM Server v2.2.1 on Dell PE T110 hangs at loading initrd.img

Hello,

I'm trying to install VM Server v2.2.1 on a Dell PowerEdge T110. I burned OracleVM-Server-2.2.1.iso to a CD, booted the T110, got to the Oracle VM Server installation screen, entered:

boot: /isolinux/vmlinuz initrd=/isolinux/initrd.img

pressed enter, and see the following two messages:

loading /isolinux/vmlinuz...............................
loading /isolinux/initrd.img.......

How long should loading initrd.img take? I've waited as long as 30 minutes with no further evident progress. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Matt
