installing sql developer

hi
i have a 64 bit version of windows 7. i also have jre(java runtime environment) installed on my pc. i have oracle database 11g XE installed on my pc.
i want to install sql developer . which version of sql developer should i install ? 32 bit version with jdk(java development kit) or 64 bit version without jdk ?
