I am trying to setup SQL Developer 4.1.3 on a new Windows 10 laptop and I'm continuing to get errors.
I've read through the forums and tried everything I can find regarding deleting the sqldeveloper and SQL Developer folders from the Roaming Profile and running from a command line in the bin directory. I continue to get errors and warnings that several modules couldn't be installed. If I click disable and continue, on both the errors and the warnings, the program runs for a few more seconds then dies.
I am stumped.
