Installing Realplayer, Openoffice

OS OELinux 5.2
Wondering what i am doing wrong? I tried installing realplayer, but after successuly installing it , when i try to access some video, getting message" additional plug inns required" do i need to some more rpm? if yes which one? & also want to install office , what rpm for that i need?

[root@localhost Desktop]# rpm -ivh RealPlayer11GOLD.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
1:RealPlayer ########################################### [100%]

successully installed via this way> ./RealPlayer11GOLD.bin
-rwxr-x--- 1 oracle oracle 7815081 Dec 12 13:15 RealPlayer11GOLD.bin
