Installing rac on single machine

Hey frenz... i want to install rac on windows server 32 bit.So plz suggest me what are the required hardware????and do i need two network adapters on my machine??currently my machine has 2 gb ram and 320 gb hard disk..also suggests the installation steps for the same....
