Installing PHP on HP-UX 11.31

Hi All

I'm having Oracle Applications 12.1.1 with Oracle DB 11.1.0.7 on HP-UX Itanium server with HP-UX 11iv3 OS. Now I'm having another Application Broadline which needs to be integrated with the same DB. For Broadline Application to run separately i have installed Apache . Now I'm Installing PHP 5.3.0 for broadline application with below options
./configure \

--prefix=/var/apps/php \
--with-apxs2=/opt/hpws/apache/bin/apxs \
--with-oci8=instantclient,/t02/oracle/DEV1/db/tech_st/11.1.0/instantclient_11_1/instantclient_11_1 \
--disable-dom \
--disable-libxml

its shows error "checking Oracle Instant Client version... configure: error: Oracle Instant Client libraries not found"

Pls help me.
