installing oracle8i database

I am trying to install oracle8i database with Universal Installer to a server machine using Microsoft Windows Server2003 when when it comes to creating the database it gives me a memory error , so I want to know if oracle8i compatibale with Windows Server 2003 or not,because I installed it before with Windows Server2000 before it worked fine.
