Installing Oracle with Dual booting System (Linux and Windows)

I am newbie and I would I like to ask question to all Gurus..

I need to install Oracle 11g on my Home PC(Planning to buy new) with following way

I need to dual boot my Pc with Linux and Windows Vista ( or any Windows OS which is mostly used with Oracle)
Can I install Oracle Enterprise on both of the OS, so that I can practise with both OS.
Which OS is widely used nowdays for Windows and Linux flavours.

Which flavour of Linux is mostly used nowdays with Oracle.
