Installing Oracle VM Manager

Hello,

Please let me know where should I instal my Oracle VM Manager

I have:

2x physical server from HP where, Oracle VM server is installed.

Do I need to instal Oracle Vm Manager as seperate physic machine ? Or can I install it as Virtual Machine on my oracle Vm servers somehow???
