Installing Oracle Label Security

Dear community,

I have installed 11gR2 database on Oracle Linux 5.7 (single instance Enterprise Edition, typical installation).

I'm trying to add Oracle Label Security now. Installer doesn't allow me to install it into the same directory (Cause - The chosen installation conflicted with software already installed in the given Oracle home. Action - Install into a different Oracle home.).

I have tried options "Install database sw only" and "Upgrade an existing database".

How to proceed with this situation? Do I need to create a new database?
