Installing Oracle IDE on Ubuntu 12.10 question

I'll be taking my first introduction to PL/SQL pretty soon and need resourceon how to install the Oracle IDE on Ubuntu 12.10. I've DL all the packages but can not install it for the life of me. I've come across many videos on how to install it on Windows and various Linux servers. But nothing on Ubuntu 12.1. Any help or resources would be much appreciated.
