Installing Oracle Enterprise Linux 4 on PC with AMD Sempron Processor

I am kindly requesting some information. I wanted to install Oracle Enterprise Linux 4 Software and Oracle Developer Suite 10g on a PC with an AMD Sempron processor (32bit).

Can Oracle Enterprise Linux 4 and Oracle10g run on a PC with an AMD Sempron Processor? Or Should I choose a PC with an Intel Processor to run the above software? Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
