Installing Oracle Database 18c XE on Oracle Linux -- Port is already in use error.

Hello, i'am a student and i want to use oracle database express edition. I was following this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XB1ZakqiTa8 .

After than database binary installed, i need to configure the database but after than im writing "/etc/init.d/oracle-xe-18c configure" this code at the terminal, i got this error.

[FATAL] [DBT-06103] The port (5.500) is already in use.

 ACTION: Specify a free port.

Thats my ports. I'am using Oracle Linux 7.4 .

I'am looking for 5 hours still cannot find anything. Thanks for answers.
