installing oracle 8i on windows server 2008

hi all,

is it possible to install oracle 8i database standard edition on windows 2008 server?

i'm starting the instalation and almost in the end of it when it suppose to ask me to configure net8 it freez.

i have tns error ora- 12560 TNS-protocol adapter error

i'll be glad if anybody has answers,
