Installing Oracle 12C client 32 bit (winnt_12102_client32) on WIndows 10 Pro 64 bit laptop

Installed Oracle 12C (12.1.0.2) database on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit laptop with no issues. One of my application requires Oracle 32 bit libraries. Trying to install the Oracle 12C client 32 bit on the same laptop and install screen disappears during the "Install Product" step i.e 7of 8 step.

Oracle 12C database is installed on the following path:

C:\app\USER\product\12.1.0\dbhome_1\

Oracle 12C client is installing on location, C:\app\client\USER\product\12.1.0\client_1\
