Installing oracle 11g forms windows 8

Hi all,

I want to install Oracle Forms & Reports.

Operating system : Windows 8.1 64-bit Operating System

I have already installed Oracle 11g Enterprise edition release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64 bit.

What other software's or tools do I need to install for Oracle Forms & Reports.
