Installing Oracle 10XE on CentOS help with listener

HI All,

I have followed this guide http://www.oracle.com/technology/tech/php/htdocs/inst_php_apache_linux.html

When I get to the stage: # /etc/init.d/oracle-xe configure i go through the text wizard and then the script tries to initialize my listened "Starting Oracle Net Listener..." but then it either freezes or stops and does not respond, until i kill it.

I have kept original setting port 8080,1521 and provided a password. I have also made it to start on reboot. I have also disabled iptables.

Any help would be appreciated.
