Installing Oracle 10.2.0.3 client on windows 7-64 bit --errors out

I am trying to install Oracle 10.2.0.3 client on windows 7-64 bit , but gives me an error ;

Actual Result: 6.1

Problem: Oracle Database 10g is not certified on the current operating system.
