Installing my own SecurityDomain

I'm trying to install my own SecurityDomain. It's all right before i try to execute Install [for install].
I can install my applet without different rights or with some of them, such as "default selected" or "card termination".
When i try to assign to my applet "security domain" rights - i have a error "Wrong data" (sw1:0x6A sw2:0x80).
My applet exports all nessesary methods (unwrap() e.t.c.) and was created using SecurityDom.java from "OP20Example" from GlobalPlatform specs.
