Installing MAF (mobile application framework application)

Dear,
I have been trying to install extension of MAF. As per given instructions, i have tried to

download it from Studio Edition Version 12.2.1.4.0>check for update...

But updates>and then available updates> does not listed the MAF or any of the mobile extension.

and my new application menu also does not show me any of the mobile application development tool.

kindly guide me to get this listed.
