Installing Locator on 11g XE/Linux

Hi there!

I am trying to install Locator in my local oracle 11g xe for testing an trying some things. But i don't understand what i have to install (multimedia?, some JDeveloper Stuff?) and where i get it from. Can someone help me with some links or a walkthrougt that can tell me what to do?
