Installing JRE5 from archives

Hello there,

I'm sorry if this doesn't belong here, I've tried other ways for making this work but to no avail.

I would like to download and install the JRE version 5 so I can run a very old program. When I go on the archive page and click on any link it displays a “400 Bad Request - Request Header Or Cookie Too Large”.

Any idea on how I can get this to work ?
