Installing and configuring AD LDS for OIM LDAP store

Hi,

I have a windows server 2008 R2 server in a workgroup model running on a VM. i was able to successfully install OIM and configure it ( thanks to oracle community and @"Igoroshka") Now i am trying to install and configure AD LDS for intergrating with OIM and work on Active Directory connectors.

Installed AD LDS successfully , when trying to create an instance and connect to the created instance, it's throwing errors. did anyone face this type of issue ?

Please help me get out of this issue .
