Installing a Windows XP or Vista Guest OS

All,

I'm new to virtualization and expecially new to Oracle VM.
I've installed the Oracle VM Manager on a machine with a fresh install of the Oracle Enterprise Linux V5

I now have a new powerful machine that I want to use a virtual server.
I'm going through all of the Oracle VM documentation (both the Manager and the Server docs) but am not finding any description of how to install a guest OS other than Linux.
Can someone give me a pointer to where I can find information about how to install a Windows Guest OS? It makes sense to me that Oracle does not want to support the use of Windows since they sell Enterprise Linux but my reality is that I need at least one Windows Guest.

Any pointers or suggestions as to where I can find a How To or Step by Step guide would be helpful and appreciated.
