Installing 32 bit 11g OBDC Driver on 64 Bit 11g machine

612389Jul 24 2009 — edited Aug 8 2009
I have a 64 bit 11g database on Vista 64 but need to make a 32 bit ODBC connection. When I open up my 32 bit ODBC data sources window (which is separate from my 64 bit ODBC window and must be launched manually) I don't have an 11g driver to use. I downloaded the 32 bit ODBC Instant Client but it will not install and the install notes do not indicate that Vista is supported.

What's the best way to get a 32 bit ODBC driver on my machine? Should I do a 32 bit 11g client install to a separate Oracle Home? Thanks
