Trying to get visual studio 2019 and ms sql paginated reports working
Following this from Microsoft

I attempt to install this version and it fails during installation

Get this error during install
Installing older version of Universal Installer (12) finishes without error, but reports in Visual Studio 2019 still do not work and get this error:
