Installed products: "There are no installed products." message

866457Jun 3 2011 — edited Jun 6 2011
Hi,

I installed Oracle 10.2.0.2 software only on Solaris 10 x86.
All prerequisites were met. The installation completed successfully. However when I had to run the script root.sh it couldn't run (I might have misspelled something) so I pressed Finish in the Install Wizard and it complained about the script root.sh. Then I executed it. It's been executed successfully (but I did it after pressing the button "Finish" in the Wizard).

The issue now is that when I run $ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin/runInstaller.sh script and go to "Installed Products" screen it says "There are no installed products."!
How can I fix that?

ORACLE_BASE, ORACLE_HOME are set.
The content of oraInst.loc file (located in $ORACLE_HOME) is:
inventory_loc=/export/home/oracle/oraInventory
inst_group=oinstall
I've the same file oraInst.loc in oraInventory directory with the same content.

What could be the reason for the message "There are no installed products."?

Thank you very much
