Installed Eclipse but missing JRE, JDK?

I downloaded and tried to run Eclipse 3.4 from here http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.4-200806172000/index.php

When ran it, it said: A Java Run Environment (JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK) must be available in order to run Eclipse. No Java virtual machine was found after searching the following locations:
C:\Users\....\eclipse\jre\bin\javaw.exe
javaw.exe in your current PATH

I think i downloaded the required item from here: http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

But it still shows that message. Any help?

I'm using Vista 64-bit
