Installation with and without UEK

Hello,

I need to perform two different OEL 7.7 system installations.

1. Is it possible to install Oracle Linux 7.7 (from DVD iso) without installing UEK but installing only RHCK?

2. Is it possible to install Oracle Linux 7.7 (from DVD iso) with only UEK Release 4 (not 5) but not installing RHCK?

I mean I wouldn't like to remove the unwanted kernel (yum erase...).
