Installation problem with Oracle 10g

i downloaded oracle 10g, but while i am trying to install it (clicking on the setup.exe) a pop up window named _"*program compatibility assitant"*_ window appears tells that Oracle 10g is incompatible with this version of Windows. so what i should do to work with oracle 10g.
my laptop configuration is
Operating System :- Window Vista Business
Hard Disk :- 200GB
Memory :-1GB
