Installation Oracle 8i (8.1.7) : problem with Mandrake 8.1

Hello,

I tried to install Oracle 8i Release 3 (8.1.7) on a linux Server with the Mandrake 8.1 distribution.

I made all the pre-installation tasks indicated in the installation guide. I also install glibc2.1.3 compatibility library as indicated in the installation guide of glibc2.1.3 (i386-glibc-2.1-linux.tar.gz).

When i launch the run installer, java don't start and i can't continue to install oracle.

Anybody have an idea ?
