Installation Oracle 10XE - 1628

Hi everybody
I am trying to install Oracle 10g XE. On some computers database is installed with no error and it works, but on others database is installed but i cannot connect to it through SQLPLUS or database home page. Error in SQLPLUS is that TNS Listener is not resolver, database home page is not being dispalyed.
Any suggestions?
