Installation of WCC on windows

Hi All,

I am very new to OWC. I am installing it on my local for first time. I have weblogic installed on my local but still OWC not able to detect it. I have given the correct path to middleware home. but still when I go to next step, its not enabling weblogic option. Can any body help me in fixing this. Here is the screenshot:-
