Installation of SQL*Net

Hi,

I want to download and install SQL*Net on the client machine, because when i run an application I am getting the message that SQL*Net is not properly installed.

Can someone please tell me from where I can Download and install it.

The OS is Windows. X86

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
