Installation of SOA suite

HI ALL

i have installed SOA suite 12.1.3 where the OBIEE 11g is installed

i'm getting confused here

my point is the weblogic 12c is automatically installed with SOA suite but i have weblogic server 11g installed with OBIEE

i'm stuck here because if i start the OBIEE services the weblogic server of obiee will be started and if i start SOA , here also we need to start weblogic server

but i think two weblogic servers cannot be started at a time

please suggest
