Installation of Oracle Software & DB Creation with NO ADMIN rights !!

Dear All,

I have been wondering since long, is there any way we can Install Oracle Software and create DBs without having admin rights on Windows machine. ??

Due to some strict security concerns we are unable to get Admin Rights from our System Admin team.

Do Oracle have any such portable installation available ?? where in no installation is required and simply we can unzip Oracle executables and can create databases, etc ??

MySQL do have such type of installations available.

Please any help would be appreciated.
