Installation of Oracle Discoverer 10g in Windows Vista

Hi,

Please can someone let me know where can I download Oracle Discoverer 10g for Windows Vista.

I tried to download 'Oracle Developer Suite' for Windows(http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/developer-suite/downloads/index.html) , but I'm not able to install it on Windows Vista.

Your help would be appreciated.
