I'm starting to work to an asp.net application .net framework v4.7.2, that is using Oracle.DataAccess, Version=4.121.1.0, taking it from the gac and not the nuget package.
Actually I can't change this, and I have to work on it with a vs 2019 running windows 10 21h2.
I tried to install ODTwithODAC1120320_32bit, because seems to me contains all I need. I installed, without configuring a server, because right now I just need to open and compile the project, but every time I reopen visual studio Oracle.DataAccess is not found.
How can I check the installation?
