Installation of Oracle

Hello All

I am a complete newbie to the Oracle arena, have worked with other DB's though.

I would like to start learning Oracle. Could anyone suggest what would be the best way to learn by myself. I am looking for a link from where I could download Oracle and some training docs, which I could use to start learning the tool for myself
