Installation of oracle 10g on windows 7 32 bit

Hi All

i am using windows 7 ultimate 32bit PC ... please help me in installing oracle 10g or 11g what ever suits my windows 7 ,i tried a lot but i unable to complete it
i just need to do practical work in sql and pl-sql programs

please suggest me the path were can i download the Software and tool
