Installation of OEPE for OSB Development

Hi,

I have installed WeblogicServer10.3.6 +Coherence without OEPE.When I installed OSB 11.1.1.6.0, it showed a warning saying'OSB plugins will not be installed since the OEPE location is not specified.OEPE based development will not be enabled.Refer to the install documentation if you require additional information'.
Now I am thinking proceed in two ways:

1. Install OEPE separately and give reference to it in already installed one.Will this be possible?If yes, can anyone provide me the link to download OEPE and installing steps.
2. Uninstall already installed weblogic server and OSB.Install WebLogicServer+Coherence+OEPE10.3.6 and then install OSB 11.1.1.6.0.If this is the way to do it, can any one provide me the link to download all these as I am unable to find the required versions available to download in Oracle site.

Please correct if I am proceeding in wrong way.
