installation of JRE 1.4.2 installs 2 plugins?

Install j2re-1_4_2_01-windows-i586.exe in windows 98. Then after installation do the following

1) Click "start"->"settings"->"Control Panel". Double Click "Internet Options"

2) Click "Settings" under the section "Temporary Internet files" under General Tab.

3)Click "view objects"

4)Look for the plugin "Java Runtime Environment 1.4.2". You will see it twice there.

Now my question is. Is it normal to see it twice? If so why?
